Slim With NIM: Sweet Potato Fries

These fries are a healthy and delicious alternative to French fries!

1 Cup Yams, Jumbo
1/8 DRYTSP Pepper (Ground Black Pepper)
1/8 DRYTSP Oregano (Dried)
1/8 DRYTSP Basil (Dried)
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice - Bottled (fresh is ideal)
1/8 DRYTSP Salt (Kosher)
1 tsp Olive Oil - Extra Virgin

Serves: 1

Peel Potatoes and cut into 3" Long French Fries (1/2" thick)

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Boil or microwave potatoes in water until soft. Toss with seasonings, lemon juice, salt, pepper and olive oil.

3. Arrange fries on baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until crispy.
