400 Units A Day Keeps The Doctor Away!

The suggested daily amount of Vitamin D is now 400 units.

According to the American Academy of Pediatrics; "kids from newborns to teenagers should take twice as much Vitamin D as previously recommended because it may help prevent serious disease." (It also keeps your bones strong!)

In addition to finding Vitamin D in Milk, tuna and of course the Sun, the remanding necessary amount can be found in tablets or drops.
