Three 'Healthy' Snacks That Aren't So Healthy

Will all the rage in grocery stores being so-called 'Healthy' snacks, we thought we'd point out three favorites that may not be nearly as healthy as they claim.

1. Dried Veggies: Sound great right? I mean what's not healthy about anything with the word Veggies. The problem is, products like Snapea Crisps aren't exactly light on the calories. According to snacksalad.com, about 22 crisps have about as much fat as the unhealthiest bag of Doritos.

2. Granola Bars: Now this one hurts. Because you know what's holding my personal favorite 'healthy' snack together, enough sugar and syrup that I might as well have grabbed the Lucky Charms.

3. Bran Muffins: The silent killer. Okay, not exactly, but one medium muffin is pretty much equivalent to a Dunkin Donut. We're sorry.
