Healthy Big Game Snacks (that don't suck!)

Tonight's big game also means big eats, big calories and big fat, But it doesn't have to. Contrary to popular belief, there is such thing as Healthy Superbowl options by making a few simple changes. Changes such as:

• Baked, not fried chicken wings
• Turkey meatballs
• Low fat frozen yogurt instead of Ice Cream
• Light beer, diet colas or water
• Turkey hot dogs
• Baked chips or whole wheat tortilla chips
