I went on NIM because a friend referred me to the program. She called me daily to rave about the food and tell me I was missing out. So I was really forced into trying NIM because had I not, she wouldn’t have stopped bother me. Well, I'm thrilled about my decision because not only was she right about the food but I have also lost a ton of weight. It’s the only diet that I’ve maintained for over a year. Even when I’m not on the diet I’m following their program. They’ve got me in a routine that is easy (okay I hate cooking so not so easy) for me to maintain. I’m hooked for life! Thanks NIM!

This is the second time I've used NIM to help me lose weight. The first time was with my 14 year old son who wanted to lose weight before starting high school. He lost 26 pounds and I lost 10. We were both very pleased. I am now an avid cyclist and ride to and from work everyday from March to December. Over the last 3 months I put on 8 pounds while off my bike. I went on NIM to take those "hibernating" pounds off before getting back on the bike for the 2010 season. It worked! So pleased. Thanks NIM.

I tried NIM because I wanted to learn to eat healthier in a way that I could sustain. I don't need to lose weight but I do want to make smarter dietary choices. One thing I realized once I started the program was how much sugar I had been unconsciously eating/drinking on a daily basis! This really surprised me. Left to my own devices, it's easy to resume a lot of my bad eating habits. I would definitely try NIM again. I fondly remember the portabella mushroom burgers....

I tried NIM to really learn about portion control and healthy eating. I lost 12 lbs over the past 30 days, which is by far the best results of any weight-loss program I have tried. The best part about the program is the variety and creativity that goes into every meal and snack. I could tell that each meal was designed with nutrition in mind, rather than weight-loss, which is just an added side-effect of healthy eating! Each day was like having my own person chef! After the program was complete it was easy to start integrating snack and meal ideas from NIM into my life. Thanks NIM!

I went on NIM because I have to lose weight, but I wanted to do it a very natural, healthy way. I've tried many different programs, but they are full of perservatives, and not repeatable. With NIM I can truly imagine how to eat this way for the rest of my life, and I love the variety

I didn't go on NIM to lose weight, but because with a 1 year old, and a 2 1/2 year old, neither of whom are good sleepers, I was left with little time and energy to think about eating healthy. And with only a few hours of sleep a night, I found myself craving sugar for quick energy fixes. I knew my health was suffering and I needed to do something to break the cycle. Going on NIM was the best decision ever and got me back on track to eating healthy. I feel so much better! My energy is stable, I don't crave sugars and the sluggish feeling is gone! Thank you so much NIM!
