Kristin Davis: Never Diets Yet Always Slim

We often hear celebrities denying being on any kind of diet. You know, they're just famous, and famous people just magically stay slim! Not exactly, but they certainly
can afford some amazing nutrition advice and workout regimes.

Sex and the City's Kristin Davis, who plays Charlotte York on the series, says she has never been asked to lose weight for the show because she eats right and stays slim as a result. According to Davis, “You get a lot of criticism out in the world or on the Internet about how you look. Fat here, fat there. Hippy this, hippy that. That has been my entire career,” she told U.K.’s Red Magazine, “But never at work. No one at ‘Sex and The City’ has ever asked any of us four girls to lose weight. Thank God.”

Davis, 45, maintains her physique by relying on a regular diet of chicken, salmon, eggs and lots of veggies including side salads. Sounds familiar! Lean protein, omega-3 essential fatty acids, and all the vitamins and minerals needed to maintain good health - its no surprise she's in such great shape since she's eating many of the world's healthiest foods. Combined with regular exercise, there's no reason to have to diet or deprive yourself of anything if you just eat right! You can even include dessert in a healthy eating plan!
