Rapper and Actor LL Cool J Writes Fitness and Nutrition Book

Most often we comment on how great female celebrities look post-baby or while on one diet or another, but rarely do we admire and appreciate the diet and fitness efforts of male celebrities. As you may or may not know, LL Cool J has made many ladies swoon (and many men jealous) by having one of the most rock-hard bodies in Hollywood for over two decades. Best yet, he's still pulling it off at age 41. Finally, it seems, he's now ready to share with the rest of us just how he has been able to accomplish such a feat by trying his hand as an author.

In his new book, Platinum 360 Diet and Lifestyle, LL offers his advice on diet and exercise with a 30 day workout regime, a meal plan and bodybuilding as well as maintenance tips. Oh, and don't forget the self-reflection tips and spiritual guidance! According to LL, disciples of this program can lose up to 20 lbs in 4 weeks. In a press release, it was said that the book will give you "the tools and wisdom to transform your life from the inside out. It's not just about how to get fit, but you can—and deserve to be—your best self." Sounds pretty awesome! If anyone tries this out, let us know how it goes.
